Monthly Budget - Add Data
Budget 3.2.1 - Monthly Budget - Bank Settlements
In this section you can manage until six different Bank Settlements.If you have Funds, Shares, different bank accounts for you, your partner and your children, it will be possible to check just in one screen the trend of all your different bank accounts.
Budget 3.2.1 calculates all these accounts so that you can have a perfect and fast idea about your financial potential.
It is not mandatory to manage all six accounts. Using the feature "Rename Settlements", you can change the bank account description as you want. The most powerful part of the Bank Settlements screen is the graph section, where you´ll be able to better analyze the trend of your finances.
Add Statements amount
Using the form shown in the picture below, you'll be able to add your bank accounts settlements.
It is not mandatory to enter amounts in all text boxes.
You have to add just the figure to enter in the text box without currency symbols and thousand separators. For example, if you have to add (£2,800.20) you just need to enter (2800.20).
Budget 3.2.1 will take care of the format value.
Under the Title called ´Total Last Settlements´ is shown the sum of all your settlements.
Rename Bank Accounts
Using the form shown in the picture below, you´ll be able to rename the description of your bank accounts. You just need to click on the corresponding ´Rename´ button of the Bank Account.
The old description will appear in the Text Box ready to be changed.
Enter the new description and click on the ´Save New Description´ button.

Add "Income - Expenses"
In all expense-income groups you can define 22 details.
Summary
You can have an immediate feedback on income and expense by month and year.
Graphs
All the historical expenses can be shown in graph/chart format.
Fixed Income - Expenses
Budget 3.2.1 will take care to add them automatically every month.
Bank Accounts
Budget 3.2.1 can manage maximum six different Accounts.
Data Correction
You´ll be able to check, change and delete all historical data.
Agenda
Help to manage expiry date, deadlines and many other things.
Search
It is used to find historical income and expense.
Statement Corrections
Click on the corresponding colour of the Account where you have to change the amount.
The list will be filled with all historical statements.
Click on the amount you want to change. The amount will be shown in the textbox ready to be changed.
Once you´re done, click on the ´Save´ button.
Graphs
Budget 3.2.1 can manage single graphs like the one shown above, or comparative graphs like the one in the picture below.
