Budget 3.2.1 - Monthly Budget - Search
Using this screen you´ll be able to find all data entered.In the section ´What to search´ you can search either figures or text.
For example, it could be interesting to search all figuers greater than a particular amount, so that you can monitor the greater expenses you have.
Or it could be interesting to search a particular comment you added with an expense (see section Add Expense-Income).
How to search Income-Expense
The first thing to do is to select an Expense/Income group where the data you want to search should be in. In our example we have selected the Car/Motorbike expense group.
The list to the left will be filled up of Car/Motorbike details.
Click on the detail where you should have added the expense you´re looking for.
In case you cannot remember the correct detail, select the last item of the list called ´All´.
Select the ´Period´ where you think you added the expense you´re looking for.
In case you you forgot select ´All´.
Select what you want to search (Amount or Comment).
In our example we´ve chosen any amount greater then 10.
Once you´ve selected the filters, you can click on the Search button.
The list in the middle of the screen will be filled up of data and there you should find the expense you´re looking for.

Add "Income - Expenses"
In all expense-income groups you can define 22 details.
Summary
You can have an immediate feedback on income and expense by month and year.
Graphs
All the historical expenses can be shown in graph/chart format.
Fixed Income - Expenses
Budget 3.2.1 will take care to add them automatically every month.
Bank Accounts
Budget 3.2.1 can manage maximum six different Accounts.
Data Correction
You´ll be able to check, change and delete all historical data.
Agenda
Help to manage expiry date, deadlines and many other things.

It is used to find historical income and expense.
