Monthly Budget - Summary

With this screen you will see what month closes with profit or loss.
The section called "Detailed Summary" shows for every month the Incomes,
the Expenses and the percentage of profit and loss.
The little green and red square, close to the percentage figure, is useful to have a better evidence if the month has been closed positives (green square) or negatives (red square).
The section compares also the expense of the last year, so you can immediatelly see if the current year is going better than the last one.

Clicking on the, "Analyse" button, will be shown two columns with numbers.
This kind of analysis will be useful after a few years of using Budget 3.2.
The column to the left shows the number of month closed with a profit since you start using Budget 3.2.
The column to the right, with red numbers, shows the number of months closed with loss.
If the number of months close with profit are more then the one closed with loss, it will appear a green little square, otherwise it will be red.
Checking the colour is the fastest way to understand which are the more difficult months of the year.
In the example below, we can notice that the months, January, March and May have been closed most of the time with a negative trand.

The section "Historical Summary" compare the Profit and Loss from five years ago up to the current year.
Let's suppose that the current year is 2007.
The first column shows the result (Income/Expense) for the year 2002.
The second column shows the result (Income/Expense) for the year 2003, and in the third column there's a first analisys between the year 2002 and 2003.
The fourth column shows the result (Income/Expense) of the year 2004, and in the fifth column there's an analisys between the year 2002 and 2004 and in the sixth between the year 2003 and 2004.
The seventh column shows the result (Income/Expense) for the year 2005, and in the eighth column there's the analisys between the year 2002 and 2005, in the ninth between the year 2003 and 2005 and in the tenth between the year 2004 and 2005.
