Monthly Budget - Corrections

* Main Screen *

This screen will allow you to check, change and delete all historical data of your Family budget added in the "Add Income-Expense" section.

* Show details in table *

Opening this screen you will find an empty table.

In order to get some data you have to select:

1) One expense group: Car-Motorbike, House, Extra , Hobby, Groceries, Health, Tax, Telephone, Earnings

2) A period, Year and Month

3) Click on the button 'Show Data' to fill up the table with data.

* How to correct data *

Clicking on the button "Show Data" the list is filled up based on the period selected and the Income-Expense group selected.

Let's suppose you make a mistake and you want to change a wrong amount or a wrong description, or you want to change the period.

Clicking on the row to correct you'll notice that the updated fields will be filled up.

With the 'Change' button you will enable all fields.

With the 'Cancel' button you'll delete the data selected.

* 'Delete all Data' button *

With this button you have to be very careful.

This button is used to delete all data entered since you started adding data in
Budget 3.2

The 'Delete all Data' button is very useful when you have to learn using Budget 3.2.
You could enter test data and later delete it by clicking on this button.
