Budget 3.2.1 - Monthly Budget "Add Data"
This is the most important section of the program.
On the top of the screen there are eight different expense groups:
Car/Motorbike, House, Extra, Hobby, Groceries, Health, Tax, Phone and one group for income.

In all expense-income groups you can define 22 details. The most common details have been already defined by CubeSW. All details can be renamed based on your particular needs.
In the picture below you can see all details beloging to the "Car-Motorbike" expense group.
How to add expense-income
Let's suppose we spent 25 € of fuel.To add the expense, click on the expense group called "Car-Motorbike" and select the expense detail "Fuel".
The "Add Details" section (see picture below) will be enabled.In our example we added the expense 25 € plus a comment (km. of the car).
The Comment is not mandatory but highly recommended, especially for occasional expenses. What is an extra expense? All big expenses that are not planed. In case you spent your holiday in another county, you can use the feature called "Exchange Rate" to enter expenses in your local currency. Check the checkbox called "Enable Exchange" and in the textbox called "Exchange Rate" enter the correct exchange rate.

Add "Income - Expenses"
In all expense-income groups you can define 22 details.
Summary
You can have an immediate feedback on income and expense by month and year.
Graphs
All the historical expenses can be shown in graph/chart format.
Fixed Income - Expenses
Budget 3.2.1 will take care to add them automatically every month.
Bank Accounts
Budget 3.2.1 can manage maximum six different Accounts.
Data Correction
You´ll be able to check, change and delete all historical data.
Agenda
Help to manage expiry date, deadlines and many other things.
Search
It is used to find historical income and expense.
The "Options" area
With the Screen "Options", you can manage different functions:
1) Manage Description
2) Manage Historical Data
3) Get Historical Data List
1) The "Rename" button is enabled only when you click on the description you want to rename inside the table.
Clicking on "Rename" button, the text box to enter the new description is enabled.
At the same time the "Save" button will appear.
To save the new description, click on the 'Save' button.
2) Manage Historical Data.
This is used to delete the last entry you did.
If you add a wrong value, click on this button to automatically remove it.
3) Get Historical Data List
There are three different options for creating the Historical List:
- Current Month
- Current Year
- All
The list will be created based on your choice. Data contained in the list depend on the expense group selected. In the example the table contains all Car-Motorbike hitorical data for the current year.
